No

Do you prefer unlimited ADP?
The district is seeking ADP that matches previous purchases, which includes one incident per year, per device
Is ADP for Chromebooks only, or Windows as well?
This is documented in the specifications, only the Student Chromebook is to include ADP
For Windows services: Do you need auto-pilot, settings updates/WiFi pre-config?
Please provide this as optional add-on pricing for the review team to consider, however it is not mandatory in the base bid

Given tariff concerns, when do you anticipate placing the order?
The anticipated date of presentation and hopeful approval for the Board of Education is listed within the RFP, our intent would be to enter into agreements shortly after Board Approval.
Would it be acceptable to quote an AMD or Intel category, for example i3 or R3, with a base/max range that meets Fort Z's stated minimum GHz, even though it would not meet the minimum Processor level?
Since the goal of the district is to get as much useful life out of these devices as possible, the FZSD Technology Department is seeking a minimum level of processor. This minimum requirement (such as an i7 or R7 for Windows Desktops) is critical to ensure successful software operation for a minimum of 4 years and up to 7 years.
What brands/models of devices are currently deployed in your environment?

Can you confirm that the white-glove service requirement is limited to only Device Enrollment, Wi-Fi Configuration, and Google OU Membership Setup.
As noted in the RFP, additional services such as asset tag and label placement, and green delivery are also requirements. Please fully read the RFP to ensure an understanding of all requirements.
Would FZSD prefer to handle additional configuration items internally to maintain district control over device management and setup procedures?
The district has outlined the service requirements within the RFP. If you are aware of additional configuration requirements that need to be addressed, please provide details through an additional question or include those concerns and comments within your proposal.
